Refund Policy for Courses:
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances regardless of cancellation date and non-transferable.
- After class started, the tuition fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation of unattended course will have 20% administrative fee.
- Students may postpone the start date of the course up to one year without administrative fee. Postponement of the course more than one year will have 20% administrative fee.
Refund Policy for CAPT Program:
- The deposit must be paid at least 45 days in advance in order to secure your place.
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances regardless of cancellation date and non-transferable.
- After class started, there is no refund in any cases.
- The start date can be postponed for the maximum of two years. If student has to postpone the start date, student must inform ITM about the postponement at least 30 days before the initial start date. Otherwise, there will be 20% administrative fee charged of the total course fee plus additional increased tuition fee (if any).
- Should student requires emergency leave of the country prior to completion of the program, with approval from the school, student may arrange for return schedule to join future CAPT group within two years. The school will assign student to appropriate week of the future group to complete the program. There may be additional increased tuition fee (if any).
Return and Refund Policy for Products:
- Products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products purchased are not refundable under any circumstances.
